UK practices and small firms that already keep purchase invoices in Xero. Not a multi-ledger suite.

The job

Forward or upload a supplier invoice. Extract vendor, number, dates, lines, VAT, totals. Printed total on the document wins. Duplicates never push. Below your threshold the draft can land unattended.

What Xero does

Xero is the record. You authorise the bill, pay the supplier, reconcile and file VAT in Xero. Advisors already invited to the organisation keep that access. BillFlow Ai does not replace Xero.

What BillFlow Ai does not do

Does not authorise or post. Does not pay. Does not create sales invoices. Does not use accounting.transactions. Connecting Xero on one BillFlow user does not connect every client.
