BillFlow Ai processes supplier invoices that you upload or forward so draft bills can be prepared for Xero.

Account data is stored in the application database, scoped to your signed-in user. Invoice files are stored only for your account and attached to the corresponding Xero draft.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your invoices to train public models. To request deletion, write from the registered email via the support page.
