One address per client file
Each BillFlow Ai account receives a nine-character alias at in.billflowai.co.uk. Have suppliers send bills there, or forward from Gmail, Outlook or your phone. Nothing is shared across accounts.
Bookkeepers can run one account per client file, so each Xero organisation has its own inbox and its own supplier memory. A firm can also run a single account that files everything into one organisation, if that is how the practice works.
The alias is the whole capture step. You do not need a shared practice mailbox, a naming convention on PDFs, or someone to sit on an uploads folder. Prefer drag-and-drop? Bulk upload up to 25 PDFs or photos in the app.
Give the address out the way you already give out a Xero Files address — and keep authorising in Xero.
